April Updates - No Fools

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to reach out with events I have planned for April. I want to clarify that I have no jokes for you all, and I do not have any plans to play you for fools. The world is trying to do that enough to us. I'm here with something real.

Actions Coming Up

FLPU supports GVCP Peace Rally

Genesee Valley Citizens for Peace is sponsoring a Peace Rally this Saturday 4/4 at 12:00 PM. The rally is being held at the corner of Main Street and 5/20 in Geneseo, NY. I know this is a quick turn-around so I understand if you are unable to join. It is a Saturday, so try to see if you can make it out and we'll keep the momentum up from No Kings 3. I can provide signs if you need, just reach out.

Privacy & Security Class 3 - Emigration from Big Tech Part 2

The next free & open class from FLPU about Privacy & Security is on Tuesday 4/14 at 7:30 PM and will be held online. Join us for a continued discussion on emigrating from Big Tech Platforms to better solutions. This class will focus on Email, Multi-factor Authentication (2FA/MFA), and Browsers. Class will be held on Zoom so check out the events page for the meeting link. As always, please reach out with questions, concerns, or topic suggestions.

I hope you all are doing well. As I've said, March was hard for me, and April doesn't seem to be slowing down at all. I just want to make sure you're all hanging in there and if you need help, I'm here for you. I mean it. No puffery, just Ben.

This is the first time I'm going without using Mobilize for events and tracking. Please feel free to reach out with an RSVP. It will help me get an idea of what to plan for. I understand if that doesn't work though, so we'll try it and go from there. Also, if you're having trouble getting the event information/zoom links, just tell me.
